GENERAL INFORMATION

§  No minimum order is required.

§  The prices reflected are in Singapore Dollars. We reserve the right to change the prices without prior notice. However prices in effect at time of purchase are final. No credits or adjustments will be issued for price changes.

§  Goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable for credit or product replacement.

PAYMENT METHODS

Please make payment within 7 days upon submission and confirmation of order. Your items will be reserved during this period. All unpaid orders beyond 7 days will be automatically deleted by our system.

We accept the following methods of payment:

§  Bank Transfers (Singapore Only)

Please transfer the total amount due including shipping and handling charges (if applicable) to our POSB Savings A/c 115-607-9

§  Credit Card (International)

An invoice will be sent to you through our secured payment platform PayPal.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of payments.

§  LOCAL – Normal Post (via SingPost)

We charge ACTUAL cost of postage. Any excess postage paid will be automatically converted to in-store credit under your registered account.

To ensure your orders reach you safely, we encourage that you opt for Registered Mail service at additional cost of $2.25 in addition to normal postage.

§  LOCAL – Self Collection

We apologise that this is only applicable for order amount above $100 nett. Preferred locations for self-collection include Toa Payoh MRT, Farrer Park MRT and Raffles Place MRT. We are open for other locations subject to availability.

§  INTERNATIONAL

We will contact you via email on the shipping charges within 24 – 48 hours upon receipt of your order.

Additional Handling Charges for Bulky Items Above 2kg

Bulky/heavy items that exceed 2kg in weight may be required to pay additional handling charges. If applicable, we will advise you on the amount within 48 hours.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS

We will email an order confirmation upon successful submission of the order within 24 hours. If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact us.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

We apologise that once an order has been confirmed and submitted, no cancellation or changes will be allowed.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

All sales are final and goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We pack all items with utmost care to ensure that they reach you in the best condition possible. As such, we do not offer replacement or refund on shipping related defects which are beyond our control. Please inform us via email within 7 days from the date of your purchase should there be any manufacturer related defects in the item(s) received, and we will replace or exchange the item with another item of similar value.

OUT OF STOCK / ITEM NOT AVAILABLE

We constantly check to ensure that all products shown in our website is available at point of ordering. However, in the event that an item is out of stock or has been deemed not suitable for sale (e.g. damaged or missing items), we will keep you informed and you can either opt to replace the item with another of similar value or be issued a store credit in the amount of the difference
